If you are not satisfied with your knife for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If a return is necessary, please return the item in its original condition and packaging, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping charges.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or refund, as they are specifically designed and crafted to meet your unique requirements.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or repair.
